Don't understand why people would want Clarkson as PM.

He's a presenter on a light entertainment show FFS - it hardly qualifies him as prime ministerial material.

Oh, what's that? He says outrageous things about leftists and greenies. Ha ha ha ha - move him into number 10 immediately.

I like him - seems like a thoroughly good bloke and very entertaining But only a moron would want him as PM

Not sure about Cameron - bit tooooo smoooooooth for me. Really want someone like Ken Clark who could also really kick asses without worrying too much about it. Just a pity about his europhile views and getting on a bit, hence the 'like'.

He's a TV presenter.

I wouldn't trust him to manage his way out of the car park - let alone lead and direct a cabinet and country.

Talking is cheap when you have no power to wield.

I will go for 13 ish...

Couple of points... Clarkson has a script writer........

The word "Awesome" should only ever be used when referring to..

Concorde as it fires up its afterburners on take off... frown I miss that

A Steam Train (as in The Flying Scotsman) fighting for grip when pulling away fully laden. (And your nose is 12 inches from the driven wheels)

That feels better now... wink

And what was Winky Mc fkNut?

Was he an expert in Economics and business? No he was a history Major and a teach of history and what did he become?

Chancellor of the Exchequer who is responsible for all economic and financial matters... then on to PM.

If he can do the job he did do I can't see Clarkson doing any worse.

He is a popular and amusing TV presenter; in what way does this qualify him to run the country?

Look at David Cameron, he's got lots of experience and qualifications and everything, and he went to Eton.

Clarkson only went to Repton.

I mean, you would never have an actor running for, say, president of the USA, or governor of California would you?

You know that he's more than just a TV presenter, right?

He has made a fortune from producing Top Gear and the spin-off brands.

Don't underestimate his talents based on his clown-ish persona - he's not stupid.

to be fair - he can't do a worse job that most of the MPs. A sensible approach might just work

No, we've handed our Tory membership cards in and are now UKIP.

This is 100% true in my case! smile
