Sorry no pictures, if it was reported in The Sun I'm sure there would be a "here's how it may look"

I can see the point, I mean if you take your top off before getting a haircut you wouldn't have to suffer the itching jumper for the rest of the day then. . . . . . . angel

I can see the attraction of being the first customer of the day. But I fear anyone after that will be treated to some very hairy tits.

Unless you're Bigfoot or Cockwomble, I doubt that'd be such a great thing hehe

The last time I had my hair cut I was starved of air as the young lady bent over to wash my face and gave me a face full of mega boobs laugh I would have enjoyed it if I wasn't fighting for life hehe

It's a real chore getting your hair cut. Anything to help make the experience more enjoyable has to be a good thing IMHO.

There was one in central Birmingham near the old Hooters bar that opened and closed. Another in Sutton Coldfield that did put the cat amongst the pigeons understandably.

That opened and closed shortly as well.

Both back in the early 1990's in the last recession.

Must be a sign of the times.

It will not last who would want to be observed going in?

A slip of the scissors takes on a whole new meaning.

Heck, why not go the whole hog and have their clunge on display as well? The thing that worries me is that i'd be worried about getting a boner with all those sharp implements around. There's a time and a place for everything.

My idea years ago was a 'xmas topless wrapping service', so blokes could go into town, suffer the hardship of buying presents, then watch some topless birds wrap it up for you, while you had a coffee, held the tape in place....

There is nothing wrong with that business plan.

Where in the story was the Anger promised in the headline? Poor from you, as usual, BBC.

An anonymous objection submitted to the council states: "I believe it will cater to society's lowest common denominator."
That'll be 'blokes' then.

Note the phrase in the story "It is not clear from the application whether the staff will be men or women."

Bet if the prudes thought this was the sort of topless on offer they would oddly be ok with it. There would be no mention of lowest common denominator:
