Any Scottish PH-ers own a sandwich shop?
Discussion
While it seems a lot, £9.33 is only slightly more than most would pay on lunch in Edinburgh I'd imagine.
As an example: A sandwich with 3 fillings in the cafe next to my office is £4.50 and it's less than "11 inches long". Bottle of water ~ £1. Crisps ~ 50p. I guess they are also being delivered to various stations?
The 45 page document is class though

To be fair, it includes an 11" baguette which would be about £20 from Subway on its own.
FH! 20 quid? If that's true, well all I can say is the intelligence of people and their money in this nation today knows no bounds if they would pay that, for what is essentially no more than junk food.

We can get a proper Indian take-away for four with all the trimmings for £20 here in Gloucester!
For £9.33 a head, I'll turn up with a mobile chippie van, provide a fish supper with plenty of choice, bread and butter (choice of sliced brown or white, and option of bap) plus a mug of builders, with free refill.
And still turn a healthy profit.
Though the tea leaves wouldn't be of Scottish origin, at least the sort of tea leaves involved with the mugs of builders.
