Where do Skynews get some of these jokers from? Just had some women in floral print skirt/guardian type saying;

- CMD just threw his veto out of the "pram" for no reason, there was nothing bad in that pact.
- CMD only did it to upset the libdems so they can call a flash election in March.(she says this is what everybody is saying)
- NOBODY in the city of London has thanked him for using the Veto

When the newsreader points out true facts the Guardian type sort of winches and twitches, thinks for a few seconds then mumbles a bit.

But to balance things Sky regularly employ shouty types getting excited about sensationalist stories spouting populist nonsense, too. It's the same in the morning.

Sadly.

Personally I'd rather neither group were there to fluff the space where real news should be.

So, you classify people who hold a different opinion to you as "nutters".

That's nice.

Eric's right. It's actually helpful to feature this type of thing on the news as it inspires headteachers and teachers to do better next time, and a carer somewhere might spot somebody they were looking for.

Who knows, probably hold a GCSNVQploma in meeja with 'could do better' all over their reports, now they're in a job at the same level of importance as a phone booth cleaner but paid enough to look half smart in spite of the truth. And somebody might recognise them in Waitrose.

It's about time they got Adam Boulton to re-interview Alastair Campbell.

Merry Christmas and pass the mince pies.
