Dancer pushed off train

It would be yes (technically battery as there was a physical impact IIRC). Perhaps plod will be looking to this fellow a visit in due course. It was pretty funny and sandwich mans timing was genius. Nobody was hurt, all the talk of assault and civil liberties is a load of media whipping it up bks. What happened to the British having a good sense of humour, this country really needs to seem to need to "man the fk up" at the moment
If the dancer was dancing on a more crowded train and getting in peoples faces then I wouldn't have minded so much.
But in this case he wasn't and seems to have been pushed off pretty brutally - who knows what happenes to him when he landed on the platform.
Plus he has had his journey cut short! Lets hope it wasn't the last train.

I think it was all done as a bit of light hearted banter tbh.
BUT, if this chap was behaving in another odd manner, not dancing, I am not sure he's have lasted as long as he did.
Truth is, acting in a way that causes a distraction, can be very unerving to other passengers. However in this case, I suspect the guy just got a bit fed up of the chappy singing away and for a laugh, bumped him off the train!

I wouldn't go as far as to call it assault but it was out of order and a pretty smarmy thing to do to make himself look clever pushing the weirdo off the train.
I hate anything to do with working in London but on a normal visit its weirdo's like this who make my day.
Keep the weirdo's in London!
