State funerals...

Just following on from the Thatcher thread

Who else would be either getting a state funeral or deserve one?

I do think Blair will be getting one regardless of the feelings at the moment. maybe Major too.

Blur probably deserves something a little closer to Mussolini treatment & I can only think/hope that the public would turn up to be sure.

Unfortunately you may be right but I really can't imagine how anyone would think it justified. Then again, maybe our little isle wants to celebrate debt, duplicity, deviousness and suchlike.
