Bomb threat/hostage situation in Central London?

On TCR around Shropshire house apparently according to sky news, hostages + gas canisters apparently

The Huffington Post UK building has been evacuated after a man reportedly wearing a gas cannister threatened to blow himself up in the adjoining building.

According to reports from the scene, Tottenham Court Road has been cordoned off and there is a hostage situation.

People near the scene have reported shots being fired and that computers and equipment has been thrown out of the windows of the office block.

Police have yet to comment on the bomb threat report.

Well if he has strapped 4 gas canisters to himself it certainly wasn't a dangerous cargo endorsement
