Another hero punching someone unconscious from behind. So what do we reckon - never been in trouble before or is it more likely he's done similar and been treated leniently by the courts? There's no information yet but I know where I'd place my money if I was a betting man.

That's horrible, I hope he is identified and has at least a couple of years in clink to consider his actions. It's the sort of undefended sucker punch which can easily end up killing someone.
