Article says he was arrested for pitch encroachment - which probably exists so the police have a power to deal with pitch invasions.

If there isn't there should be. Although the cost of all the prosecutions under it might simply waste more money.........

If I were King, I would have you prosecuted for pointing out the flaw in my suggestion. And I'd spend trillions doing it. Especially if you were standing in the centre circle at the Etihad.
