All child rapists and murderers for that matter there in the UK should face the same consequences as these two .
Kuwait reintroduces hanging six years after abolishing it , congratulations to a strong minded regime , at the same time in the UK violent criminals leach the system claiming compensation for injuries in an alleged whiplash incident .

Yeah, because there's absolutely no chance of a forced confession or a wrongful conviction under the Kuwaiti legal system.

Exactly, no chance . I'm happy your agreeing in the dispatching of these two evil entities.

Probably just a coincidence that all those executed were foreigners and not Kuwaitis.

We should hang thieves too, pretty much every convicted criminal really. Publicly. Then leave them swinging from the crane for a week or two as a warning to others.

That way there would be no crime and decent ordinary people could get on with their lives.
The above is brought to you in the spirit of Irony, in case it didn't shine through.
I don't agree , you take things too far, just rapist of 10 year old boys and girls and murderers. No irony in my comment in case you missed it .

And from you link

"Saadi strongly denied in court that he had committed any of the crimes, which shocked the Kuwaiti public, and insisted his confessions were extracted under duress"

Yeah sounds far better then the UK

Seriously? You think that going back to killing people is the way forward?

No no, pay the price for civilization.

Either that or Kuwait has a way of bringing back the innocent.

Do we have to have some knuckle-dragger bringing up the bloody hanging debate every alternate Wednesday?

When we had the death penalty we hung too many innocent people. No justice system is infalable and for that reason I remain against the death penalty.

And in other news, the enthusiastic application of the death penalty and long, long prison sentences in a harsh prison regime has successfully eliminated crime everywhere it has been tried!

Oh, wait. Not that.

The other thing.

And folks who are found guilty, and later acquitted? What of them?

Anyone who advocates the reintroduction of the death penalty ought to read up on some of the UK's miscarriages of justice.
