Just a story on Yahoo news that is probably made up. Believe none of what you hear and half of what you see and all that. But the inability of people to accept responsibility for their own and sometimes stupid and deceitful actions continues to amaze but not surprise.

Shame we're getting America's blame culture over here too.

Hmm.
As usual with shocking and emotive headlines there's a bit more to it than that.

As I read it he is suing the county for not closing the road firstly.

It seems like the rescuers were working next to the car for 2 hours without realising he was trapped inside, which does seem like an oversight.
