It turns out another government computer glitch ,one of the London Boroughs was turning away more people than it was letting vote .
Turns out they were using the "wrong" list .
Will the government ever get a computer system that is fit for purpose?

I suspect that Capita produced the wrong list, using something not wholly unlike Excel. Which I find fit for purpose.
