Would you believe I have met him and his wife a few times and he is obnoxious, nasty man. I can't recall his previous profession, if he had one, but I think he actually wanted to be Police and Crime Commissioner of Kent Police at one time. IIRC she was previously a maths teacher.As one of The letting agent's, (Roy of Evolution) very 1st clients I am surprised he deals with the Wilsons but see he now has numerous employees so perhaps that is a price he is happy to pay.......although it does seem to be his company (or an employee) that leaked the emails.
FWIW slasher you can use all your usual insults against him.
I can imagine with his business model he can absorb it, but imagine renting your family house out for six months whilst say on a holiday abroad to a constant curry eating family and as the smell permeates everything I believe you would see be remembering the tenants 5 years later, same with smokers ! So on that basis I would vet people or not rent it out.
