Going for the royal flush of "celebrity" misdemeanours it would seem. Presumably we'll have to wait until retirement for the "drugs shame", a true role model for any young toeragaspiring footballer.

I would be very interested to know what his insurance premium will be next year. Surely £10,000 or more.

Of course that's pocket money to him but I wonder how a guy like him gets his cars covered.

There are quite a few options for the top end footballers. Not necessarily massively more than a non footballer with a similar fleet.

It's the lads who are pros but don't earn big money that get a hammering, relative to income.
