That video is a seriously enjoyable watch. I'd forgotten just how quick bikes are! You'd need to spend 50 grand to get that kind of acceleration from a car.

He doesn't really say anything apart from because he has the video evidence, they are giving him blue lights. Not sure if it is to take him where he is suppose to work "forum des halles" or so they can go and upload his video for police work?

Forum des halles is the central market in Paris. It's also where the prefecture police station is. They were escorting him back to the station to take a witness statement and secure his video evidence. Blue lights was likely just a treat for him being a good citizen. )
