I thought it would be fun to have a thread were we could discuss the issues facing the current Labour and how well they are getting on in opposition.

It would be fun if we didn't need an opposition, more than at any time in our post war history, to meaningfully oppose the Govt.

It would be fun if there wasn't a strong likelihood of Corbyn and his sinister mates finding themselves in Govt at some point in the next three years

Was that ^^^^ the picture that got the last thread locked?

Or do momentum have a presence here?

It was the second to last post so make of it what you will.
Saturday morning seems like a good time to bury a thread if you want to do it quietly...

Anyway, Jeremy Corbyn :

You could of course start such a thread up to discuss such, why don't you?

I thought I’d post the last page of the previous Corbyn thread so new arrivals can see where it was halted

https://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&...

As for attacking the government, I’m sure someone will come along with another thread for that but this one is for attacking Corbyn so carry on:

Readmitting Lee Jasper back into the fold last week was another massive own goal for Labour, not only is he a hideous racist but he has also previously made some remarks that could be perceived as being anti semetic.
Very very odd move

It would be completely pointless.

There’s a thread about May where everyone is saying how great she is. The only complaint is that she’s not right wing enough,

There’s a thread about Corbyn where everyone is saying how bad he is. Nobody is supporting him at all. The thread gets closed because people are even posting pictures of him next to Hitler.

Obviously the NPandE is predominantly right wing but It doesn’t exactly reflect the polls or the last election result.

People scared of shouty momentum, one would assume.

It looks like a mod took one look at the hitler pic and thought no - probably unaware of the Suagr story.

The gag might be in poor taste but as someone of jewish heritage (i think he is atheist now), he is absolutely justified in questioning Corbyns position on the mural. It is still a “resignation and crawl under a rock” issue for Corbyn really. That his own party are not universally more up in arms is worrying.

What can his party do? They’ve already had failed leadership challenges, votes of no confidence, resignations from the shadow cabinet, constantly leaking dirt on him to the bbc. Loads of them have been replaced by momentum in Stalinist purges.

And he’s actually getting more popular.

He’s unsackable.

Further evidence of wrongdoing? Corbyn needs to take control urgently of his party and deal with this once and for all. This is NOT about Israel yet so many Labour members seem to think it is and are incapable of separating the two.

Whilst they are doing a good job of self destructing over anti-semitism, fundamentally they haven't actually really come up with anything concrete that is new. Its either rehashed two Edds, or rehashed 1970s. Corbyn rode a huge populist tide but history tells us these things always burn out.

Anyway, Jeremy Corbyn :
I did wonder if it was that that got the thread closed since I posted it - but there was no "yellow card" in my in-box so possibly not.

Maybe it got too long?

Usually there’s a new volume straight away though?

Momentum has clearly infiltrated Pistonheads/Haymarket eek

Anyway, I was never a big Lord Sugar fan, but he’s gone up in my estimation now!
