How the hell did he pull her yikes why do i only ever come across good looking women who are ego maniacs and base everything on appearance and how big your bank balance is.
I actually know of a guy who is punching above his weight even more than this fella..He’s similar in appearance but wears thick glasses and is really overweight but his girlfriend is a stunner. He’s not even wealthy either. He managed to pull her in uni by being a gent and has never let her go since lol.

That's great to hear. I was tempted to ask if it was due to him (presumably) being a tripod, but that would have been crass.

The moral of this story is find an attractive 16 year old when you're 21 and get her pregnant as soon as you can biggrin

How tough life must be to have 2 non verbal autistic children. He has a nice looking bird and a few quid now but I bet he’d give the cash up to have the kids chatting away like regular kids.

Lol no I don’t think he is.
Everyone they ever come into contact with literally cannot believe they are a couple. We all used to have a laugh trying to think of a reason on how he attracted her but it literally only was because she was sick of guys using her and cheating on her in Uni that she gave him a chance because he is a really nice guy who was a real gent to her and they have been together ever since. Just the right place at the right time. I’m slightly envious i won’t lie. The few stunners I managed to pull over the years have been far from marriage material.
It is nice that there is genuine women like that still around in the age of social media and inflated ego’s and self importance. She is a solid 9/10.
Most girls nowadays that good looking will laugh in your face unless your minted, are at least a 9/10 yourself, have a ripped gym bod, own your own home and drive a nice car and have at least 1000 Facebook and Instagram friends lol.

It winds the fking ct out of me when someone, especially a female asks how many FB friends I've got. When I say "Zero because i'm not on FB" they look at me like I'm some kind of wierdo, which, in all truth, I probably am.

Winds me up aswell. Whenever I try to meet someone new now as soon as I say I’m not on social media they either lose interest or the majority of the time they think I’m lying and that I must be married or something and trying to secretly cheat on my partner by saying I’m not on Facebook so they can’t see my “real life” and find out. Such sad times we live in. There’s just no trust anymore.

Absolutely right.

Also reeling from the revelation that some grown ups still ask other grown ups how many Facebook friends they have...

Before I'd seen this thread I saw an item on the local news about them last night.

My exact words to my wife were "He's punching above his weight.".

I'm happy for them. A decent sum of money to improve their family life. It's good when nice things happen to nice people.

However if he was my mate I'd fking hate him the lucky lucky bugger. :-)

Indeed, I can't recall once in the last 10 years being asked that!
