Woman who has been in a vegetative state for a decade gives birth!
Now it’s obvious that some creep has decide to take advantage here but my question is how does someone in that state actually get through labour and push the baby out if they’re a vegetable?

She isn't a vegetable. She is a woman who has been raped. In answer to your question biological functions will inevitability have kicked in. I think you’re the one who should go back to school.
It's a disturbing scenario but has several possible explanations and raises lots of questions.
How did the 'Medical Facility' not notice she was pregnant?
Assuming she was having periods, they stopped, and she started getting a bump, breasts changing etc.
Not a great indicator of care and medical obs etc.. Lawsuit incoming..
I wonder how long they keep cctv if any, visitor records, security key pass computer logs etc
They will in due course have a DNA profile of the biological father, and presumably will voluntarily in the first instance test all the male staff and relatives/friends with access to her. Any refusal to participate would raise suspicions very high..
For the sake of the family and a speedy resolution etc I hope the obvious and simplest explanation is correct..
A sick male individual has taken advantage of the victim, they get found out, confess, get vilified and then incarcerated for 25 years.
However it's quite possible someone identified by the DNA might not be an offender.
They themselves might have had trust abused by a nutjob with a grudge etc and access to their semen.
Girlfriend/boyfriend + condoms + syringe etc.
They could be an internet sperm donor, or the friend next door helping the lesbian couple and an innocent dupe...
Hopefully a through investigation might help them in this case. Lets not jump to conclusions about the janitor..
The DNA might not match anyone and the hobo/drifter/burglar with no record who snuck in one night might have done the deed.
Sad and upsetting for all involved.
I suppose ironically there was a tiny chance such traumatic event/s might have snapped her out if it depending on what type of PVS she was in..
Locked in syndrome? Zero brain activity.
A bit like relatives playing music to loved ones etc etc. Sometimes they flicker into life.

I've looked at it from every way I can think of, and the only conclusion I can come to is that your angle is lubrication and the logical conclusion of your argument is that rape is impossible unless they want it.
