Wife tied up husband and cut off penis

Police were called to a house in Newport, North Carolina, at 4am yesterday, where were a mans wife had tied up her husband and cut off his penis. They rushed Mr Frabutt to hospital along with his penis where it was hoped surgeons could reattach it.

Chief Detective Jason wk said police did not yet know why Victoria Frabutt, 56, took tied her husband James, 61, up and severed his manhood.

Serious question, does America have a disproportionally high number of fruit loops and if so is there a reason? Something like a high proportion of interrelation births back in the old days when communities were newly founded and quite isolated?

Or is there just such a massive amount people there you’re bound to come across everything twice eventually.
