Fatal car crash outside Essex school.
Discussion
Horrendous. Whatever the circumstances, this is a nightmare.

The route my kids took to their primary school included a narrow pavement, on a blind corner, on a downhill section of road where drivers sped without a care in the world. We drove them to school for a long time, but ultimately it was important that they be able to make their own way to school in year 6 (otherwise year 7 would be an almighty shock).
Thinking of my kids walking that route used to leave me in a cold sweat (especially when I was abroad for work). It still does, for the younger kids at that school.
Luckily they both now take the bus to secondary school, but I always feared something like this could happen, somewhere. In some ways, this is our most vulnerable flank - our kids, transitioning from being under our wings to experiencing independence for the first time.
The idea that somebody has - potentially - targeted them deliberately makes me shudder.

Police now saying it was deliberate and they're looking for a local resident - Terry Glover, 51 years old.
Also looking for a silver Ford Ka registration LS08 OKW.
Suspect he will do well to take the go and see the police asap, he will be glad of their protection if the public catches up with him first. Also looking for a silver Ford Ka registration LS08 OKW.

Sounds like a Domestic related deliberate act rather than a Road traffic collision
RIP
Mugshot released right away, guessing he has lots of previous, I just didn't know if he'd targeted a specific person(s) or just gone loco and decided to run over some random children as a last hoorah.RIP
Scum of the highest order no matter what though.

Very odd.
58 year old woman was also one of the victims... somehow related to the guy?
I read a 50 something in the article last night. The BBC has changed it to 4 other teenagers and a 23 year old. 58 year old woman was also one of the victims... somehow related to the guy?
Edit. It's at the bottom of the latest article that the police originally said a 53 year old woman.

What in the hell is going on with this? Random? Target in mind?
Horrendous.
I'm wondering if he's taken some sHorrendous.
t from school pupils, perhaps bullying. He's clearly p1ssed about something from the school.I can't believe people resort to this sort of shizzle though. The picture released of him looked like a mug shot, so wondering if he has previous?
He's been in trouble for stealing from a church collection box, and is reportedly an alcoholic.
