Amount of Lib Dem postal spam

In the last three weeks I've received almost daily letters, leaflets and other media from the Lib Dems. Mostly overt, but some that purport to be from others but supporting the Lib Dems where in fact it appears it is sent by them. In contrast, I've had one A5 leaflet from Labour and one from the Conservatives.
I don't want this to be overly political, but if my experience is replicated over every household I have to wonder how much paper the Lib Dems are sending out, and how this ties in with their so-called green credentials.
Or is it just me, and someone's signed me up to their mailing list?

We've had loads of Lib Dem propaganda including one that's designed to look like a letter from an independent polling expert, advising that the Lib Dems should be voted for.

They've gone over the edge and it's nothing more than spam now. I can imagine it's really turning people off them.

I don't mind the papers as they can go on the floor for the dogs to piss on, but the leaflets are useless.

Maybe eight from the Lib Dems.
There's a grumpy old sod who moved in to the village about three years ago who is hand delivering the LD stuff. Never replies when you say hello to him the rest of the time.

I think it might be because they, the libdems, are concerned that they are being dismissed as no-hopers. In my constituency, the level of support is much higher than nationally, despite being in what might be considered a safe tory seat. The sitting MP was one of those sacked by Johnson, then reinstated in the hope that it would not upset the constituencies.
Our MP is hi-vis and it was reported nationally with a lot of coverage locally. The libdems did well in the locals, or much better than normal might be more accurate, and they see this seat as a possible. We are getting a fair bit of libdem gumph. A little from labour, which was nowhere, and a little bit more from the tories.
It's strange. For the two main parties locally it's as if the election isn't for a few weeks. I've had no one come to my door. I'm pleased, but I normally get at least one. There's no doubt in my mind that the tories will get back in as this is a Daily Mail stronghold, but with the incumbent being treated shabbily and the new one an unknown, there's a possibility of a shock result.
From a libdem point of view, an excellent showing will be a good result. It will be something to work on, and perhaps increase the local government numbers as well.
On top of that, there has been a lot of libdem action on the local government front, with their guys pushing for a lot of changes, the most significant being a reduction in the number of secret meetings of the council. The library was going to be dumped, despite promises of a new, large purpose-built one to reduce negative reactions to the poorly supported town centre 'redevelopment'. We have a converted shop, but it's better than the tory council's 'no library at all' plan.
The leaflet drop might well garner a few more votes. That's the hope. I doubt anyone will not vote for them purely because of the number of leaflets they send. Round my way, they are the only ones who seem to be trying.
