Just over 14 years ago this probationary PC was murdered during a robbery at a travel agents in Bradford in November 2005.
It was a very dark and sad day for the police force and shocked many people.
Some suspects were caught and charged but one remained the reported mastermind behind the robbery. He was arrested a few days ago and is currently on remand in Pakistan presumably awaiting extradition back to the UK.

I really do hope that this bd has the absolute book thrown at him.

He's in his 70's already. He'll be dying in prison.

I would not be surprised if he has been diagnosed ill and let himself be caught so he can come to the UK for treatment.

Unlikely, why would he choose to sit in a Pakistani jail for weeks/months first?

He could have got on a flight and been arrested at Heathrow and be seeing a doctor in jail tomorrow morning.
