She should be doing time for that. None of this suspended nonsense.
Kid gets a smashed leg and she walks away Scot free. Unbelievable.

Grievous bodily harm, dangerous driving, assault, failing to stop, failing to report an accident all in one go AND a previous conviction for drink-driving?

If it were a man who ran over two teenage girls he would be in jail for a very long time right now.

I think knock down ginger is something you're meant to do in Primary school rather than as teenagers so perhaps that swayed the judge?

Pretty amazing there isn’t ‘no insurance’ in there.

Apparently she has a couple of little kids, is single now, and has moved away.

Seems an incredibly lenient verdict from the judge.

It appears that being a hot woman is a get out of jail free card hehe

As another poster said the fact the lads were annoying the residents probably had a part to play in the sentencing as well.

A bloke would definitely be doing time for that, another example of female privilege.

How the hell do you get to use a car as a weapon to deliberately mow someone down, unthreatened, and not do serious time? If this happened in just about any other country we'd all be agreeing palms were obviously greased no?

That seems like a reasonable response to someone knocking on your door.

Plenty of people use their cars like weapons and get away with it. We witnessed someone purposefully force another vehicle off the road resulting in both coming to a steaming stop. Was left for insurance to sort out despite multiple witnesses saying it wasn’t an accident but deliberate rolleyes

Feral kids spend weeks hassling innocent member of the public, member of the public finally loses cool in face of severe provocation. Sentence seems a little harsh IMHO.

I don't understand how she's got away without a custodial sentence for this.

I also don't understand comments about her looking hot. She looks exactly like what I'd expect a crazy, ex convicted drunk driver bint millenial.

Well not exactly feral, but the behaviour of the lads was probably taken into account by the judge and probably not all of it reported either. We all have probably seen groups of young lads hanging round our local areas making a nuisance of themselves. This group in question have discovered that if you start messing with people in their own homes some are not going to be in a good place mentality and they are going to strike back.
