Hes been banned for most of his adult life and doesn't seem worried about driving without a licence so what will another ban do? Yes he's been banged up but we all know the moment he is out of jail he'll be back behind the wheel of another car.

Banning him
Won’t keep him out of cars but will give the court greater power to deal with him next time
I know, he'll be trembling in his shoes, they will give him a longer ban, which he will ignore, as he has done on all the previous bans. Won’t keep him out of cars but will give the court greater power to deal with him next time
It's equally pathetic and hilarious.

IANAL so wonder: how many times can one commit the same crime before going to prison?
He received a custodial sentence. Article said:
Evan Edwards, 49, was sentenced to 26 months in prison at Shrewsbury Crown Court for a number of dangerous displays of driving.
He will obviously reoffend the minute he’s out.( which will be in months on a tag)
Give him life before he kills someone. He’s had enough chances.

That was for the car chases and crashes not for driving while disqualified.

I agree. He obviously has no intention of stopping driving/riding and has no sense of responsibility. But no doubt he will be out of prison soon and will reoffend. He will obviously reoffend the minute he’s out.( which will be in months on a tag)

Outside the box:
Would it be cheaper for someone to just teach him to pass so he can drive legally?
Got to be cheaper than prison.
But, what sort of message would that send to the average 17 yr old struggling to pay for lessons from their Saturday job?Would it be cheaper for someone to just teach him to pass so he can drive legally?
Got to be cheaper than prison.
Plus, who would insure him? I doubt even Gio Compario himself could find a company willing to take him on
