Just heard on the radio..sounds like a big fire, protesters trying to stop fire fighters put it out..

Apparently started by protestors protesting against a Congolese singer who was/is performing nearby who supports the current Congo President.

From a video on twitter it appears to have started with a row of motorbikes/mopeds being set on fire, and people then not letting firemen past.
