Even people who live outside the south west will probably know about this huge construction site- huge numbers bussed in/out everyday but its business as usual as far as construction/production( not that production but, other trades) is concerned.

Closed at Christmas for 2/3 weeks but hell, not now!

Canteens packed, close proximity on buses to/from work - seems nuts with what everyone else is strongly advised to do!

The Bridgwater Mercury has a report about it all.

We are providing steel. One of our sites had a record tonnage of steel go out the door last Tuesday. Its been heaving for a few weeks with loads of foreign drivers coming in, many haven't seen a shower for weeks and hand washing is foreign to them. Staff are going nuts. Temp checks of staff and hauliers supposed to be happening but it isn't.

Price goes up end of the month so it will die off but rolling will depend on how much scrap is coming in.

Exactly what I have heard from staff who work at/for them but seems to be pushed under the carpet.
