Not such a lovely day then frown

If I remember correctly that song had one of the longest continuous notes sung in any song.

I think it was Barbara Streisand’s “woman in love” which then got beaten by Whitney in 1992. Will immediately concede to any google based disagreement.

I read it in the February 1989 issue of Your Sinclair magazine, apparently. It overwhelming coloured my perception of the man for decades.
