Covid 19 vaccine deployment
Discussion
If/when they find a vaccine for covid-19/Coronavirus and it passes the relevant tests etc. how do you think they will deploy it in the UK will they give it to health care workers first, then vulnerable groups then the general population or are they likely to use some other strategy.
I was also wondering is It likely such vaccine will be a legal requirement due to the threat that the disease poses to public health or entirely voluntary likely most other vaccines.

Looking at how the Spanish flu in 1918 panned out, the vaccine might just be the herd immunity we all get at some point next year. We might end up with variations of Covid-19 in the future, but we'll be able to manage it a bit better as our immune system has seen it before, just like the flu virus.

Yes but the flu virus can be lethal to the elderly and people who have underlying health problems hence why they get a free flu jab every year.Gassing Station | News, Politics & Economics | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
