Virus deaths. Not showing how the virus is spreading?
Discussion
Whilst i really feel sorry for all those who have died wit this, I am a bit worried that ( in a way)they are not showing the true picture
We have been in lockdown for 4 weeks now
The virus has an incubation period of 5-7 day before it shows
However you can be a carrier and therefore a passer of the virus from Day 3
Why cannot the Govt show the number of new cases each day as well as the number of deaths?
At least it would show if the infection rate is going up/down or stable, and is anybody asking the new cases where they have been in the last 7 days to get an idea of a possible trend or area
I would rather hear that the new cases are going down, which at least shows that we, in general, are adhering to the lockdown advice.
And on the pessimistic route, a test means nothing, except that ,like the MOT you are ok at that moment, who is to say you will pass a carrier within 5 mins of getting it done, LIke the CRB,, as i pointed out to my boss each time we had it done. It only means that we have not been caught yet
Stay safe everyone
