As per the title.

Which (If any) countries are offering a furlough system and how does it compare to the UKs?

Norway.
But the system had been available for decades and is not something new in regard to CV.
It has been used several times in the oil sector during downturns.

Canada 80%, our tt of a PM never misses an opportunity to spend money we don't have , and whilst I fully agree with the furlough system Trudeau is taking the situation to a new level with his billions in handouts . Blood pressure spiking so will leave it at that but I could go on for hours berating that utter feckwit .

Australia.

Paying a "job keeper" allowance of $1500 per fortnight, paid to businesses to distribute to employees (they're obliged to do so).

Some staff who work just a few hours per week (Mrs Jones the cleaner who does 3hrs on a Saturday morning) have basically had a massive pay rise as a result of this!

The Dutch have a similar system.

You can claim if your company turnover is less than 20% off last years average.

Sliding scale of what you can claim back from then on.
