The introduction of this new law means that at last we can all 'Do a Dominic'.
As I am due an eye test & only suspect that I will need a new prescription with all the cost that it will entail I am about to implement Cummings Law & embark on my own nationwide 'eye test' in my camper van.
Commencing with a tour of the West Country I shall then explore Wales, Cumbria & Scotland before returning via the East Coast. Applying either a Kernow Welsh or Scottish bumper sticker as I move around should keep the natives at bay although Plods ANPR may catch me out. Should some interfering Jobsworth or Plod seek an explanation I shall merely state in the accepted non-apologetic arrogant manner that I am merely 'Doing a Dominic'.
Should the government implement further restrictions or re-implement them by using Cummings Rule I will make my own assessment as to whether to comply & thus 'Do a Dominic'.
Having been subjected to a stream of superior, white, middle class, public school trained chin-less wonders making a right pigs-ear of the current crisis & yet again making this country the laughing stock of the world is it any wonder many feel a 100% loss of confidence leaving them betrayed bitter & angry?
