Genuine laughter at this one.

"It was a commercial agreement to tie up and stroke a semi-naked man in his underpants with a broom."

I'm sure this was a storyline in an episode of "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" a few series ago.

Life imitating art once again!

Could have been worse, almost ended up with the Preacher/Herr Starr/'no means yes scenario' booking error.

No one thinking this may be the best excuse for a robbery ever? wink

The case went to Court, which meant that State Prosecution thought the evidence was not fully supportive. You would imagine a 'fantasy' like this would be so important to the hirer, an event as large as a house move would have prompted him to notify the guys. And that the facebook messages exchanged would be clear, and no case would be brought forward.

Perhaps the home owner, knowing the security layout of the old house had other plans with his hired help? And they got away with it
