The removal of Berman is yet another incident that defies democracy and underlines the depths to which the Trump administration has sunk - the overriding concern is not that it is fallen so far, but how much further will it sink? Is there nothing that the Trumps won't do to cover up their tracks...

I read Berman stepped down so his regular deputy got the job, rather than a Barr lackey. Oh the irony if she appointed him as a special prosecutor

However Bolton has played a significant political role in killing hundreds of thousands of people. he would quite happily have the US attack any Country that dares to oppose it. Of the two, Bolton is far more dangerous.

Here's the thing, when your "team" and i use the word loosely, are a poorly organised group entirely made up of egotists, it's hard to get them to pull together when things go well, but when things go badly, wow, can you imagine the blaming and bad mouthing. Not one of them will accept any blame or any suggestion it could have been done better or even differently, which leaves no way of either sorting the situation out, and absolutely no way of learning from your mistakes (when you can't be wrong, "lessons learned" is not a concept you even think about, let alone instigate).I think it'll be internal in-fighting that sinks Trumps 2020 re-election campaign rather than anything the opposition actually do......
