Looks like Ant's opinion has upset a few people.

When they attack the Cenotaph and other war memorials, is it a surprise that a military man has a dim view of them?
Another example of tabloids dredging the depths to make a story out of nothing.
Don't know much about the bloke, but he is entitled to his own opinions, same as everyone else.
Pretty sure he didn't intend to be a spokesperson for the Armed Forces, but the gutter press have portrayed him as such. They've run with it, and asked opinions from high-level officers who are forced to deny any association with him or his beliefs lest they get hung out to dry.

Has he preached about violence? BLM attempted to burn the flag on the Cenotaph.His job literally meant putting his life on the line. He will have lost friends and colleagues doing this countries dirty work. The Cenotaph is the most prominent and recognised memorial to dead servicemen.
Calling them scum for doing it is pretty tame IMO. It makes me angry and I was just sailor.

Spot on. I don't care who attempted to burn the flag on the cenotaph, what colour they are or what their cause is; that they attempted to do it makes them scum, in my opinion.
