Did we decimate our economy or catalyse it’s progress?
Discussion
The coronavirus shut down various parts of the economy that are now struggling to recover.
The high street in particular, it seems train companies aren’t having a great time either due to WFH and city centre shops that served commuters being affected.
Has this actually been a destruction or the economy or have we just hit fast forward a decade without actually giving the economy time to adjust? The high street was dying anyway and was on life support.
Tech to encourage WFH has been there for a while, would we have been in this position anyway in 2030?
