sorry there's yet another thread on this topic of CV19

But there is nothing specific thread regarding this and I think we all need to be aware of it.

It was mentioned in one of the other CV19 threads

What do we think of this?

I’m not a big one for conspiracy theories - IMO the world is spherical, the moon landings happened, 5G does not give you coronavirus, and David Icke is a nut job.

But blimey, this sort of thing is pushing the limits a bit. I suspect that rather than conspiracy, a bunch of people in a variety of industries have worked out to make a metric fk-tonne of money out of terrifying the population.

With a bit of luck the ‘Launch partners’ will see their businesses shrivel as a result of the bad publicity,

Pretty much this. Rich people with friends in politics are finding new ways to fleece the world population. Nothing new hehe

I find it fascinating that there is no mention of requiring proof of being free of many other infectious and dangerous diseases... I wonder why not.

It’s nonsense and some people trying to cash in. Anyone accepting that is an idiot.

There is almost zero information of how long there is between infection and becoming contagious, how long between infection and positive testing. At the moment the assumption has to be that there is a very short period between infection and being contagious, so this can only be valid for a short period, and any results can only be seen as valid at on the day of the test.

As I said on the other thread, this is almost a carbon copy of the system in use in China, even down to the green/ amber/ red colour coding. Which speaks volumes about it really.

Generally speaking, I don't do conspiracy theories. But I can see this expanding. To begin with, it just holds your 'Covid Status.' Then maybe your entire health records. Then maybe your financial status? Criminal record? There's a wide and disturbing variety of information this could be used for.

And how are we to be persuaded to use it? I'm sure it won't be compulsory. Not to start with. To begin with, maybe just for international travel (And there's another thing that could go on it - passports!) Then maybe, voluntarily, entertainment venues, pubs, clubs etc could be encouraged to sign up to use it. Scan your QR code for entry. Then perhaps it might be made compulsory for this sector. Then shops? Public transport? Oyster card could be incorporated.....

It's the thin end of a disturbingly thick wedge. It starts out being horribly similar to China's CV19 controls, and ends up being the same as their social credit system. Thanks, but no thanks.

Covipass give you the ability to return to work, life and travel?

Doesn’t take too much of a step to realise that no Covi pass equals the opposite.

So as predicted by the likes of Icke, no vaccine and pass = no life

Currently a big deal out of 200 year old slavers in the news the last 6 months..
This has passed the protestors by though, too busy dragging down statues to realise they will be the next slaves..

Say something the government doesn’t agree with, access to bank denied.. no travel out of country.. no medical assistance until you repent

It’s already in place in principle. Some countries require a PCR test/certificate before they let you in..

I’ve got to get one for the mother in law to go home, it’s been a very long 4 month extension to her stay.. still reckon it’s the best value £250 I’ve spent this year

Really? I stand to be corrected but I can’t see anywhere where any of those apps are supported by any official body or where any official body is even involved. It just looks like another bunch of app chancers looking for the dumb and gullible.

In any case, how would it give more control than states already have via the passport system?

More fool anyone who thinks this is of consequence but even more so those who fall for buying in to it.
