Be interesting to see if policing increases in these areas for a while, though I could be cynical and say all of them are in areas where there's significant HGV traffic and accelerations needed as motorways merge or a significant gradient affects the road. So the main producers of NOx won't be affected at all as they can't do 60 anyway.
