It seems he also has 23 and 16 tattooed on either side of his head as well, and there seems to be someone who has done some PistonHeads style investigation who says his father was on the electoral role in Bristol between 2002 and 2011!

As mentioned he had 23 / 16 on his temples and 88 on his cheek (all in the "Nazi" font), also 14 on his head too I think, and "HOMEGROWN" across his upper lip (which I'm sure refers to his love of his vegetable plot). Another thing joked on Twitter was "he suffers from shoulder pain and stretches his right arm out in front quite often" It was mentioned that in the show so far he's had long sleeve shirts on when everybody else was in short sleeve, which implies that there was something objectionable on them that *was* noticed.

Now, I might be a little thick but I had no idea any of these things were neo nazi related. I mean, a couple of lightening bolt SSs or something then fair enough.

I actually watched it last week as the wife thought I'd be interested but it was pretty st.

At no point did we think "neo nazi", we did think "what the fk have you done to your face" but perhaps we're naive.

That's the point - they have various (simple) numerical codes, since having the actual meanings on your face wouldn't go down well with some people. They are all well-known enough to be spotted though, as they were.

Seems his dad, Trevor, has replied to say he's alive and well...

...but as he's not spoken to his son for many years, it could simply be that 1988 was when the relationship 'died'
