This is a lovely story. Ex-piano teacher Paul Harvey, who suffers with dementia improvised this lovely 4 note composition which has now been orchestrated with the BBC Philharmonic Orchestra - Is a lovely heart-felt story and the music itself... simply beautiful.

Tom Hunter pledged £1M to Paul's dementia charities on the Beeb earlier as well, he's doing a great job for the cause.
