Just done my weekly run to Aldi - All normal, customers in masks, and no panic buying... But it is only Monday...!

I would hope that people will take into account that even once the lock-down starts they can still go and buy all of the things they panic bought last time.

Lots of the pictures posted on Twitter etc about this seem to be from the first lockdown rather than this one

I know someone who stood outside Costco for hours yesterday collecting for the British Legion. The pictures they posted of the queues were astounding.

Just walked passed our Tesco supermarket. Seems very quiet - no queues.I'm sure the media wlil track down some scenes of panic buying for our delectation on the evening news.

We nipped to Sainsbury's at lunchtime to stock up on toilet rolls as we only have 72 left^ and it was as it is normally at a lunchtime, quite a few people in there but no trolleys full really unless it was a normal shop.

Primark yesterday on the other hand

(Primark is just to the right of the white building)
