I can't believe someone is getting paid to summarise threads on reddit

Pretty sure this isn't even a UK story (USA).

So on top of being told you can't have x,y and z in a lunchbox because it might be unhealthy (isn't that the parents job to decide on a balanced diet), you now can't present it nicely or in a fun way in case it upsets other kids.
Jog the f
k on.
If i ever become a parent I will put what I want in the kids lunchbox not what some school says.

It's got to be US/Australia, as they refer to a 2007 Corolla, and the UK called it the Auris.
Also, that's a stock photo of a fancy lunch box contents not the real one, so for all we know it might have just had an unidentifiable piece of food it it that the other kids were gawping at (maybe a piece of exotic fruit such as an apple).

That online rag took it from the Mirror, and as someone pointed out elsewhere; no reference to location, names or anything to provide any substance. Not surprised to see it originated on reddit.
The horrific state of clickbait journalism. Reddit - Mirror - "Bristol Live" - Pistonheads. And probably made up in the first place.

That was a response from from a Reddit user, which doesn't provide an indication of location, but shows it's a story based on something from social media which shouldn't pass for news. Although everyone should be free to locate the Reddit threat and evaluate the merits of the initial report. Also, that's a stock photo of a fancy lunch box contents not the real one, so for all we know it might have just had an unidentifiable piece of food it it that the other kids were gawping at (maybe a piece of exotic fruit such as an apple).
