How concerned should we be about this?

I am getting a bit of a whiff of the Royal Borough of Dystopia.

Naturally there is a slightly more exciting version in the DM......

They've been going for a while and have many fingers in pies doing cloud data stuff for councils and so on.

All seems a bit whiffy to be honest.
