It’s a dormant company and been that way for a while. The directors have applied to strike it off the register and have it dissolved. It happens quite a lot - I doubt there’s anything sinister behind it, or that the name is relevant.

Suprising they were allowed to register that name in the first place, given they would have to have received letter of non objection from HMG.
