Nearly 40 hours to deliver through Amazon and results can take 4 days from when they receive it, seems a long time

I've done 3 home tests. Each one was delivered the next morning after ordering them. Had all the results back within 24 to 48 hours.

4 days is not very good.

I used Randox ordered on a Thursday. Kit arrived next day, Friday. I booked the kit in for drop off with their transport partner for Monday.
Swabbed myself Monday AM and dropped the kit off at lunch time at the local hub.

Had an email back at 10am Tuesday to say they had my kit and were testing it.
5pm ish Tuesday the results came back via email with the certificate to show -ve result.

They use DX as their transporter so its worth going onto DX's website to check where the nearest drop off location is. Lucky for me the nearest one to me was only about 10 min drive.

I am not sure if its an issue or not now but Randox are based in NI and they might be restricting trucks going over? Not sure, you would have to check.

I think Screen4 are now offering a similar service and they are based in S.Yorks.

That assumes you have one within walking or driving distance (and are able to walk/drive there, and during its opening times).

have to say the royal mail effort getting it back to the lab is amazing, 6 hours from posting it to it arriving in the lab according to the tracking info.
