White extremists have killed more people in USA than any other terrorist group since 2009.

I read a statistic that even though they account for 70% of US terrorist soil deaths, the FBI they only allocate 20% of the counterterrorism field agents on domestic probes.

Could it be because the FBI allocate 80% of the counterterrorism field agents on foreign probes be the reason the foreign terrorists are not as successful.
