There’s a difference between saying something was predictable and having actually predicted it. It’s a concept we covered with my 6 year old when home schooling today.

However, if you look at the original thread for my post around 9:20 yesterday you will see something

I’m not in the least bit surprised the FPNs were withdrawn. I am surprised Derbyshire Plod has apologised.

Very useful to know for sure what's required by law and what's a non-legally enforceable recommendation.
