Half these people caught doing extra-Covid activities aren't the sharpest tool in the box. The crazy thing is they have bred more of themselves.

You must know that if you travel to Snowdon for instance, and you have no licence, your car has no tax (VED for pedants, no MOT, no insurance, then the Police are going to take and interest in you. Then you get charged for all the above and a Covid fine on top.
