Because the internet lets anyone share their beliefs and attitudes no matter how widely held or not and no matter how important or not.
What we need to move forward in the modern world is an understanding that just because it’s on the internet does not make it a major issue. YouTube is not the news at ten.
On the original point, let’s have some context. What are you referring too? Is this someone getting upset that they don’t menstruate, or some TERF angrily telling a trans woman that it’s a requirement of being called female?

Presumably because they don’t understand logic / set theory? Only women bleed does not mean you have to menstruate to be a woman. My wife doesn’t due to anti cancer treatment, and a cousin never has due to her chromosomes (XXY I think, so ‘technically’ male, but to all intents and purposes a woman, and treated as such since a baby)
