A vaccine primary purpose is to protect the individual it may have secondary benefits to others.
If a person has no option to refuse medical intervention to their own body then we have no rights at all.
If its compulsory who is going to hold them down?

Yes - but get someone else to inject them.
How does that work?
Maybe like the pit full of needles and the drug addict in Saw Part 17?How does that work?
Tough decision.
herd immunity is massively important, look at the importance and why we are all immunised against rubella a mild disease in all respects, because as a herd we protect the unborn, it's what defines our humanity
but no one should be forced, it's their body, there should be a scheme like conscientious objectors
but if you opt out then you opt out of furlough and must follow a slower return to normality so some for of lockdown until the end of the year maybe early spring
I suspect something like the is coming, immunisation records are being centrally kept, i suspect there may be limitations to certain activities is you refuse until the pandemic is over
I write this with my left arm slowly stiffening after my second jab this morning

Don’t like the sound of some of that - essentially creating an underclass - may as well restrict access to certain activities if you haven’t had the flu vaccine ( and any other vaccine deemed necessary) each year.but no one should be forced, it's their body, there should be a scheme like conscientious objectors

What about people who have the vaccine but it doesn’t work effectively?

This is in effect asking whether the Govt should have the right to require people to undertake medical procedures. An abhorrent question.
Why is it abhorrent? Its being considered by government. Thats not to say it will happen, but its under discussion and subject to a review. I fully expect the outcome to be, take vaccine, or you will be barred from society. You could could argue that its not "forced", and technically you would be correct. But the end result is virtually the same.
