Scotland - Edinburgh
Wales - Cardiff,
Northern Ireland - Belfast
England - Darlington.
Does that highlight UK thinking on the equivalence of those 4 places?
Where would you say the equivalent places were >>>
England - Darlington.
Scotland - ????
Wales - ????
Northern Ireland - ????

Can't comment for Wales or NI, but in my are of Scotland I'd suggest equivalent towns would be places like Elgin, Peterhead, Fraserburgh, Arbroath, Montrose, Forfar or Brechin. If the focus is on Scottish Produce, somewhere close to the Fishing, Agricultural and Whisky producing areas would be ideal then Fraserburgh or Elgin maybe Banff.
